2 pcs boned & skinned chicken thighs
1 tbsp soy sauce
1/4 tsp mixed spices
1 egg white
B (Mixed well)
2 tbsps grated almonds
2 tbsps oat bran
1 granny smith apple
1 red apple
1 star fruit
1 tbsp fruit salad dressing
1 tsp black sesame
1. Mix (A) and marinade for 30 minutes. Dice granny smith apple, red apple and star fruit.
2. Coat (A) from method (1) with (B) and refrigerate for 1 hour.
3. Arrange the chicken thighs in a baking tray. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 deg Celsius for 20 minutes or until chicken thighs are cooked.
4 Remove the chicken thighs and put in a plate. Serve with (C) on the side.
