10g American ginseng
30g fresh Chinese cordyceps
30g Haui Shan
30g Dang Sheng
1 tbsp Qi Zi
300g skinned chicken breast
1. Rinse (A) and (B). Soak Qi Zi until fine. Put all of them into a stewing pot. Pour in 1 litre of hot water.
2. Put the stewing pot into a double boiler and cook for 3 hours. Serve hot.
