150g chicken meat strips
200g mung bean sprouts
50g Chinese chives
1 tbsp chopped garlic

1 tsp sesame vege mix
ground pepper to taste
50g Hon-shimeji mushrooms

100g whole wheat noodles
Method
1. Put noodles into boiling water. Cook until done. Drain and put on a plate.
2. Heat 1 tbsp of sesame oil in a wok. Put in garlic and chicken meat. Stir fry until done.
3. Add (B) and stir evenly. Stir in Chinese chives and mung bean sprouts. Remove from heat and arrange it over noodles.
Tips
Garlic is rich in potassium, which effectively replaces the large quantities of potassium lost in the urine of diabetics. It also contains manganese, a deficiency of which can contribute to diabetes.
