1 cup brown rice
8 cups vegetable stock
1 small bowl cooked sayur manis
1/2 pc fried tempeh cake
1pc dried pickled beancurd
2 tbsps cooked peanuts
1. Soak brown rice in water for 1 hour. Put it in a pot with vegetable stock and cook until the rice is mushy and the soup is thick.
2. Remove from heat and divide into 2 bowls. Arrange (B) on small plates and serve them on the side with porridge.
