100g cinnamon sticks
250ml hot water
1. Rinse and dried cinnamon sticks in an oven at 200 deg Celsius.
2. Break cinnamon stick into pieces. Grind it into powder. Sieve.
3. Put 1/4 tsp cinnamon powder into a cup. Pour in hot water and stir well. Cover for 10 minutes. Server hot.
Cinnamon helps to control blood glucose for people with Type 2 Diabetes. Daily consumption may help to improve their ability to respond to insulin, and only a little cinnamon (1 garam a day) is necessary to provide the benefits.
