4 slices whole wheat bread
1 tbsp sesame
1/2 tsp sunflower oil
B (Mixed well)
2 egg whites (ligthly beaten)
1 tsp chopped parsley
1. Heat sunflower oil in a non-stick pan. Dip each slice of bread into (B) and fry it in the pan.
2. Sprinkle sesame on top of the breads. Pan-fry both sides until lightly brown. Remove and serve.
Egg whites are almost pure protein and they have a very complete protein with all essential amino acids, furthermore it contains no amount of fat or cholesterol.
