1 granny smith apple
1 green pear
1 green star fruit
1 small guava
1 tbsp fruits jam for diabetic
1 tsp sesame
1 tbsp chopped walnut
1. Rinse and cut (A) into small cubes.
2. Add mixed fruits jam and stir well. Arrange on a plate.
3. Sprinkle sesame and chopped walnut on top. Serve.
Apples, pears and guavas provide dietary fibre and water, which help us to prevent overeat. Walnuts have high content of Omega-3, minerals and amino acids, which benefit our heart and brain.
