4 slices French baguette
B (Mixed well)
1 tbsp chopped garlic
1 tsp olive oil
50g diced big onion
100g diced white cabbage
50g diced green capsicums
50g diced seeded tomato
black ground pepper to taste
1. Spray oil on a pan. Heat over medium heat until hot. Add (C) and stir fry evenly for about 3 minutes.
2 Spread (B) on the baguette. Then (C) from method (1) on top. Serve.
Gerlic helps to improve blood flow, together with onion and capsicums to enhance immunity and prevents inflections that are likely to occur among diabetics.
