Chicken Kebab
A
10 skinned chicken cubes
5 red capsicum pieces
5 green capsicum pieces
5 cherry tomatoes
5 shallots
5 satay skewers
B (Mixed well)
1 tbsp liquid aminos
1/4 tsp cinnamon powder
ground pepper to taste
1 tbsp sesame vege mix
1 tbsp vegetable oil
Meth od
1. Arrange (A) onto satay skewers alternately. Brush (B) over.
2. Arrange kebabs on grill and grill until chicken meat is cooked. Serve.
Tips
Tomatoes with its low carbohydrate contents are very good for diabetic as they are very effective in controlling the percentage of glucose in the urine of people with diabetes. They are great for those who wish to lose their body weight too.
Remark
- Please use bamboo salt to replace refined salt for cooking.
