300g fish fillet
ground black pepper to taste
2 whole wheat buns
1 tbsp chopped onion
1 tsp chopped fresh dill
1 tsp chopped garlic
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp beancurd mayonnaise
1 cup shredded lettuce
1 tomato (sliced)
1. Season fish with black pepper. Arrange it on a grill and cook for 10 minutes, turning once or grill until the fish can be flaked easily.
2 Mix (C) with (D) in a bowl. Add flaked fish fillet and mix well. Divide into 2 portions and shape into patties.
3. Cut buns into halves. Sandwich a fish patty and some (E) in each bun. Serve.
Onions and garlic are useful for the prevention of artherosclerosis (hardening of the arteries ). They also have fat-reducing and blood pressure lowering properties.
