120g whole wheat noodles
600ml vegetable stock
1 tbsp vegetarian dried shrimps
1 small bowl shredded dried pickled beancurd
2 tbsps shredded carrot
2 pcs toasted mochi
1 small bowl shredded lettuce
2 tbsps shredded Japanese seaweed (nori)
1 tsp sesame
1 tsp sunflower seeds
1. Pour vegetable stock in a pot. Bring to the boil. Add vegetarian dried shrimps.
2. Cook noodles in boiling water until soft. Set aside and divide into 2 bowls.
3 Pour the dried shrimps stock from method (1) over the noodles. Arrange (B) on top. Serve.
