Ingredients

6 pcs broccoli
6 slices salmon
paprika 1 egg white (beaten)

1 cup stock
1/4 tsp sesame oil
ground pepper to taste
1 tsp soy sauce

150g cooked brown rice

50g shredded cucumber
50g shredded carrot
50g shredded salad greens
Method
1. Place a piece of broccoli on a slice of salmon. Roll it up. (Repeat until the ingredients are used up.)
2. Arrange fish rolls into a steamer and steam for 3 minutes. Remove.
3. Pour (B) in a pot. Bring to the boil. Stir in egg white and pour it over the steamed fish rolls. Sprinkle paprika on top. Serve hot with (C) and (D) on the side.
Tips
Broccoli having a rich source a rich source of chromium, it helps to bring down blood glucose level by improving when a person's glucose tolerance is at borderline, or even for those who have low blood sugar, can be brought to normal with chromium.
