6 pcs broccoli
6 slices salmon
paprika 1 egg white (beaten)
1 cup stock
1/4 tsp sesame oil
ground pepper to taste
1 tsp soy sauce
150g cooked brown rice
50g shredded cucumber
50g shredded carrot
50g shredded salad greens
1. Place a piece of broccoli on a slice of salmon. Roll it up. (Repeat until the ingredients are used up.)
2. Arrange fish rolls into a steamer and steam for 3 minutes. Remove.
3. Pour (B) in a pot. Bring to the boil. Stir in egg white and pour it over the steamed fish rolls. Sprinkle paprika on top. Serve hot with (C) and (D) on the side.
