Delicious Rice
Ingredients 
A
200g cooked brown rice 
2 egg white(beaten)
1 tbsp olive oil
2 tsps soy sauce

B 
2 tbsps shredded purplr cabbage 
2 tbsps shredded carrot
2 tbsps cooked shredded chicken meat
8 cooked shrimps
2 tbsps shredded lettuce 
2 tbsps mixed beans

C
1. Heat non-stick pan without oil. Pour in egg white and rice. Stir fry well. Save in a mixing bowl. Stir in olive oil and soy sauce.
2. Stir in (B) and divide into 2 plates. Sprinkle (C) on top and serve.

Tip:
  • Please use bamboo salt to replace refined salt for cooking.
  • Seeds are nutritionally good. Although they are high in calories, but most of their calories come from the healthy unsaturated fats. Sunflower seeds are rich in vitamin B1, folic acid, magnesium, iron and zinc. Mix beans offer extra fibre goodness too.

Mixed Beans Sweet Soup
Ingredients
A
50g chick peas
50g kidney beans
50g boriotti beans 
50g large lima beans
50g great northern bean

B
3 pandan leaves
1.5 litre hot water

Method
1. Rinse A. Pour them into a stewing pot with B.
2.Put the stewing pot into a double boiler and cook for 3 hours. Remove and serve.

Tip:
*Please use bamboo salt to replace refined salt for cooking.

Garlic High Fibre Sandwiches
A
4 slices High fibre breads
2 cups granny smith  apple juice 

B
1 tbsp soy mayonnaise 
1 tbsp chopped garlic 
1 tsp toasted sesame

Method: 
1. Arrange breads in a toaster oven. Toast until lightly golden and remove.
2. Put B in a bowl and stir evenly.
3. sandwich B mixture in 2 slices of bread. Serve with apple juice.

Tip:
*Please use bamboo salt to replace refined salt for cooking.
*Fruit juice should be consumed as immediately as squeezed out.
